Making Friends Learning Together – Access (Designated ELCC Facilities only) - Income Exempt
Making Friends Learning Together - Access - Provides access to early learning and childcare for families and their child prior to Kindergarten. This program is available for children the year before kindergarten, who are not currently attending full-time early learning and childcare or eligible for other financial subsidies and have met the eligibility criteria determined by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (EECD).

VIVA Therapeutic Services
VIVA Therapeutic Services (formerly Autism Intervention Services) provides intervention services to preschool aged children diagnosed with autism. The services offered through VIVA are based on behavioral and developmental approaches and are highly individualized to meet the needs of children and families.

A referral from Social Development recommending the need for childcare.
APSEA (Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority)
The Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority (APSEA) is an interprovincial co-operative agency that provides educational services, programs, and opportunities for persons from birth to 21 years of age with low-incidence sensory impairments. This includes children and youth who are deaf, hard of hearing, deafblind, blind, or visually impaired who are residents of Atlantic Canada.
