Both parent[s] are working or enroled in an education or training program.

Parent has a referral letter for one of the following:

• Medical Referral
• Social Development Referral
• High School Referral

In a two-applicant household, the applicant without an above referral must provide proof of employment or enrolment in an education or training program.

Child has a referral letter from one of the following child programs:

• Family and Early Childhood (Early Intervention)
• Making Friends Learning Together
• VIVA Therapeutic Services
• Social Development Referral
• Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority (APSEA)
